After high school, she attended the prestigious French Pastry school where she honed her skills and sharpened her eye for cake design.

 

For more than 5 years after graduation, Jaaelon worked along side one of Northwest Indiana’s top cake decorators before setting out to start JaaCakes, the premier cake decorating company serving Northwest Indiana and the Chicagoland area focused on creating amazing designs for all events.
